Most of us are ignorant of the fire prevention and safety procedures that one needs to follow at home with the result that the incidences of fire accidents at homes are increasing. Even if fire alarm systems are installed at home, lack of knowledge and training has made them totally ineffective and non-operational. Fire service department has huge task ahead of them to spread the awareness of fire safety and train us in preventive mechanisms to avoid fire accidents.
