It is difficult to understand why people do not like to talk about the subject of self-defense and actually shy away from it as if it were taboo. In the world that we live in, it is important to accept that we often find ourselves in dangerous surroundings and for their own good, we should make sure that our children are well versed in modern self-defense.

Looking back into history we can see that ancient tribes and peoples were probably better prepared to defend themselves than we are today.
